Flowy lightweight blouse with slight bell sleeve and vneck with hook and eye up the front. Sheer with raw hem on ruffle collar. No size tag but fits about a 10 snug. So I’d say a large or medium depending on how fitted you’d prefer. Note there is no stretch in the fabric.
